By using our website and mobile app these Terms will automatically apply to you. This Agreement includes and you are consenting to:

You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the website or the app.

We call "you" the person who is using the website or the app or and any person that you entitle or authorize to use the website or the app. These terms create a legal agreement directly between you and Workdata. If you do not agree, please do not access or use any of our services.

We may, from time to time, modify these Terms. Please check this page periodically for updates.

To use the website or the app you must be at least 18 years old, competent to agree to these Terms.

To create an account you must first agree with these Terms. To create an account you will be required to provide us with information about yourself and you agree that the information you provide to us will be accurate and you will keep it up-to-date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Login Credentials. You are responsible for notifying us at support@workdata.app if you become aware of any unauthorized use or access to your account. Workdata is not liable for any loss, damages, liability expenses that may incur as a result of any unauthorized access to your account.

The app contains paid subscriptions. We will never charge you without making it very clear to you exactly what you're paying for. Subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store or through Google Play. If you purchase a subscription, you are subscribing to automatically renewing subscription, requiring monthly payments until you cancel your subscription. If the subscription fee is not paid in a timely manner, or your transaction cannot be processed, we reverse the right to suspend, disable, cancel or terminate your access to the app or cancel your subscription. You will be responsible for paying all past amounts. Subscription purchases are made through Apple App Store or Google Play and Workdata App does not control auto renewing settings. Workdata App provides an interface that redirects you to Apple App Store or Google Play to complete a purchase, upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription.

EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE STATED HEREIN OR REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FEE IS NONREFUNDABLE and if you cancel your subscription, you will not receive any refund and you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits at least until the end of your current subscription period.

You should be aware that there are certain things that Workdata will not take responsibility for. The app contains options to create invoices, estimates and other content and you are solely responsible for calculating, collecting, withholding, reporting . We assume no liability in connection with any taxes you might owe in connection with your use of the app.

Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Workdata cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don't have access to Wi-Fi, and you don't have any of your data allowance left. If you're using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you're accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you're using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app. Along the same lines, Workdata cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged - if it runs out of battery and you can't turn it on to use the app, Workdata cannot accept responsibility. With respect to Workdata's responsibility for your use of the app, when you're using the app, it's important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. The app and website are offered to you on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranty or condition, express or implied.

Workdata does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

You're not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You're not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn't try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Workdata.
